the king Developers takes all kinds Of Goverment contracts and bridge contracts. We Also makes Schools and hostels, with the basic facilities( not the hi fi ones, coz we belive a school does'nt need the facilities, it just needs great education).

Our main visionary and the one who thought of this name is Mr. Abhijitsinh Bharatsinh Gohil. he thought of making this company THE KING DEVELOPERS in 2013. He is a very great real estate broker and head of our BROKERAGE department.

Our techinical team head and the person who thought of making a Company that masters in making bridges and having a  company that does work ust related to civil engineering Mr. Dhaval Shingala is very much deeply involved in te company and looks after all the departments efficently. according to him and his vision " india is the 7th largest country and 2nd highest in population , still there are places where people don't have houses. So I have a vision of changing the face of india, Such that by decreasing the slum areas and providing some decent residents for maintaing the beauty of India for hat India was know earlier." 

Our other team member Mr. vashistha choksi is a Structural enginner who designs the structural designs of our buildings along with its architectural beauty.

Mr. Deep patel our NRI sponserer as well as Financer of The King Developers. Takes care of the foreign exchange, he export import department.

mr.Ankit Desai is our field regulator and manager of the precast structure factory. He is very much dedicated to the field given to him and justifies his post and the duties.

Mr. Vivek gajera, our major financer and a helping hand to Abhijitsinh Gohil is like the backbone to the king developers. Handles the major finacial things of the company very nicely and efficiently.

Mr. Vishal Patel is th important part of our firm the King developers. The major financer and the project managing head of the company. he handles the tender works and is also great at field. A man whos much experienced in laisioning work and very much quick in making descision. 

our Company is very much dedicated to the environment things. All the work done is completely environment friendly.We also take environment contracts along with certification of various sites.the King developers building is with environmental beauty as well as Enviorment friendly.
